The washrooms are beyond gross, the building is in desperate need of repair but the Chinese food is amazing. The beef fried rice, sweet and sour pork, beef chop suey and derp fried shrimp were incredible. The owners seem really nice too.
Out of the many places I've been to and checked out, this one is by far one of my favorite spots to go to. Great food, great service, very friendly staff, you gotta eat here.
Good food. Watched a lady making home made won tons. Pleasant service. Washrooms leave a lot to be desired though!
The Jade Springs Restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside (or from the inside for that matter) but it is the best Chinese food in the Fraser Canyon from Hope to Cache Creek with out a doubt.Their single plate dinners are good value and delicious. If you are traveling the Trans-Canada Hwy in the Fraser Canyon the Jade Springs Restaurant makes a nice break and they are open year round (which some Canyon restaurants aren't).September update:The restaurant is under new ownership
A humble little restaurant with excellent chinese food. Very good size servings for your dollar. Highly recommend.
